Ah, we all want this for our child. Let's paint a picture of how we got here, shall we?

Imagine your child lounging in the summer sun without a care in the world. Their hair is tousled, their eyes are closed, and a soft smile plays on their lips. They're in their own little world, a bubble of happiness and peace. The usual worries of adolescence - school, friends, the future - seem a million miles away. They're just here, in this moment, soaking up the joy and tranquility. It's a picture of pure, unadulterated bliss.

This child is not worried about homework or what's trending on social media. They're not thinking about who said what or what their friends are doing. They're just living in the moment, enjoying the simple pleasures of life. The warm sun on their skin, the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind, the sweet melody of birds chirping - these are the things that matter to them right now.

It's a state of mind we often lose as we grow older, caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. But this blissed out adolescent reminds us that sometimes, it's okay to just be. To enjoy the moment for what it is, without worrying about what's next. It's a lesson we could all stand to learn.

Children 5/6 and up are welcome

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (at no additional cost)

60 minute children’s class -$30

Each child will take home a special gift and skills to incorporate stillness into their busy lives.
