Cancellation and No-Show Policy

MEDITATION CLASSES -SPECIAL EVENTS-WORKSHOPS

Thank you for booking your class with me. 

24 hour notice is required for cancellation

No show or late cancellation policy=No refund

Doors will lock at class time-Please be sure to arrive before class begins

No transfer policy-If you need to cancel a class, a one time transfer is allowed if 24 hour notice has been honored. If you cancel after one transfer has been honored= no additional transfer and no refund.

Thank you for scheduling your coaching session with me. 

Free consultations-If you cancel your free consult, you may reschedule at the normal $30 fee

If you are unable to keep the rescheduled consult appointment=no refund.

Late cancellations and no shows-Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show up will incur a 50%  charge for the session. No shows will be charged the full session rate.

Emergency Waivers- In case of emergency, (illness or personal situation) we may waive the cancellation fee..

Coach Cancellations/Meditation Classes-If I cancel your session or class, you will be notified as soon as possible under emergency conditions, or at least 24 hours in advance. A rescheduled class or session will be made at no extra cost.

Rescheduling by Coach or Instructor-If I must cancel your class or session, I will notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment or class at no additional cost.
