I need less stress. I need to carve out some time for me. I need to learn HOW to meditate in my busy life. I need to learn how to still my body and quiet my mind.

We want to, we have good intentions and we all have busy, complicated, over-scheduled lives and fitting ONE more thing into our day feels impossible. Join me in this introductory guided meditation class for beginners. Exclusively dedicated to all who struggle with everything mentioned above.
Mindfulness meditation is a practice of learning how to pay attention to our breath, becoming aware of when the mind wanders, and returning to the breath and the present moment with gentle kindness and compassion for ourselves.
