As we move into the beautiful season of summer, I have decided to take a three-month pause from my guided meditation classes.

Just as nature follows cycles of growth, rest, renewal, and expansion, I believe it is important for us to honor those rhythms in our own lives. This summer, I am giving myself space to rest, reflect, recharge, and embrace all that the season has to offer.

While our regular meditation gatherings will be on pause through June, July, and August, the practice itself continues. I encourage you to carry your meditation journey forward—whether through quiet moments in nature, mindful breathing, gratitude practices, or simply creating a few moments of stillness each day.

Meditation is not something we do only when we gather together. It is a way of being that remains available to us wherever we are. I am deeply grateful for each of you who has shared this journey with me. Your presence, openness, and commitment to your own growth have been a gift. I look forward to reconnecting in the fall with renewed energy, fresh inspiration, and a full heart. Until then, may your summer be filled with peace, joy, adventure, rest, and many moments of mindful presence.
