Hello Beautiful Souls – I am sharing what feels like a huge milestone for me.
I am thinking of all the ways in which we are able to see our dreams come true. A short 5 months ago I published my first book knowing that I would have to take on the added role of marketing manager. I embraced something I had not viewed as a strength of mine but I knew that if I could tap into my early years of working in my parent’s business, I had all the tools I needed.
My parents taught me how to network, they instilled a strong work ethic, taught confidence in communication, and how to share my knowledge of the items we were selling. It became crystal clear that’s all I needed to remember to market my book.
This Thursday, May 19th from 6-8pm, I will be signing books at BARNES & NOBLE! This is, and has been a dream of mine, along with many fellow authors, since the day of publication. My teaching memoir has reached many readers in the U.S. and in the UK! Still blows my mind when I think of that. I am beyond grateful for all of my readers and followers, you’ve provided the energy I need to keep journeying forward.
