May 20th Guided Meditation

Join me on May 20th at 5:30pm at the Zen Den located in The Healing Space,                  201 Park Place, Suite 11, Bourbonnais 

Join me in this 60 minute guided meditation as I gently guide you into a blissful state of being using breathing techniques designed to deepen relaxation. Our theme will be "Spiritual Masks"  as we discover spiritual authenticity in ourselves and others.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and an open mind.
