I encourage you to carry your meditation journey forward—whether through quiet moments in nature, mindful breathing, gratitude practices, or simply creating a few moments of stillness each day.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMeditation is not something we do only when we gather together. It is a way of being that remains available to us wherever we are. I am deeply grateful for each of you who has shared this journey with me.
